As the second marketing hire (and designer) of the company, I have been responsible for overseeing QuotaPath’s brand development for 5 years. Early on, my responsibilities included implementing marketing operations, designing the company website, and providing creative direction and design for all corporate communications and collateral. At various stages in my role, I’ve led product marketing, content, design, video, and engineering resources.

At the end of 2022, I initiated a rebrand with the goal to reflect QuotaPath’s team, product maturity, and differentiated vision for the future of sales compensation.

I led the direction, development, and execution of the project and launched the brand in August 2023. Learnings from competitor evaluations and customer interviews grounded the work. Throughout the process, I engaged with and created alignment across product, sales, customer experience, leadership, and numerous external agencies.

The result is a cohesive story that resonates with our customer and is supported by a strong, differentiated visual identity. Read the announcement blog.
